DHAPP assists partner militaries in the\ndevelopment and implementation of military-specific HIV prevention programs in collaboration\nwith other U.S. Government, non-governmental organizations, academia and United Nations\nprograms.<p>\nDCI will plan, design, and implement a cloud-based IaaS solution to support the migration of the\nDHAPP Site Improvement through Monitoring System (SIMS) application and data to a\nFedRAMP compliant cloud environment.
