The state\u2019s Department of Administrative Services (DAS) serves as the procurement authority for services used by most agencies. Purchases up to $25,000 are permitted under the agencies\u2019 direct purchase authority. If an agency has certified procurement staff to approve purchases, the DAS may increase that agencies direct purchase authority up to $50,000. All purchases that exceed $50,000 are obtained through competitive selection.<\/p>\n<p>As the State of Ohio&#8217;s STS holder DCI will provide Information Technology services, including Cloud Computing services.
